Throughout this website, the terms ‘we, us, our’ refer to KR LASHES & BROWS.

The terms ‘I or You’ refer to the customer / individual accessing the site and booking the appointments.

By booking an appointment with KR Lashes & Brows online via this website or any other KR Lashes & Brows platforms (including but not limited to Instagram & Facebook) or Via Text message you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

BOOKING FEES, NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS:
•    A non-refundable 50% Booking fee is required for ALL Services upon booking. An appointment is not secured and will remain open until the deposit has been paid
•    If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you must provide 48+ hours notice. If 48+ Hours notice is provided, the non-refundable booking fee can be transferred to a future appointment Once.
•    Failure to provide notice will be classified as a no show and your 50% booking fee will be forfeited. 
•    If you are late to your appointment (less than 15 minutes) you will only be serviced for the time remaining of your appointment. Full fees will still occur. 
•    If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, cancel your appointment less than 2 hours prior to or simply ‘no-show’ you will be charged 100% of the booked service fees.

INFILLS:
•    KR Lashes and Brows does not infill other Lash technicians work without a consultation first. If the technician deems your current eyelash extensions appropriate to infill the appointment will proceed. If not, the technician has the right to deny your infill appointment and automatically upgrade your appointment to a removal and full-set with prices being adjusted accordingly. 

For your appointment to be considered a ‘infill’ you must:
– Have 30% or more of your eyelash extensions remaining,
– Not be damaged or dirty by (but not limited to) strip lash glue & makeup.
If you do not have fulfil the above points, your appointment will automatically be upgraded to a removal and full-set.

‘OUT OF HOUR’ APPOINTMENTS:

• If you’re booking an appointment before 9am or after 7pm, you acknowledge there is an additional $10 fee automatically applied.

•If you’re book an appointment on a Sunday or Public Holiday, you acknowledge there is an additional $20 fee automatically applied.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY & MARKETING:

KR Lashes & Brows often takes photos and videos before, during and after treatments.  By booking an appointment you agree to KR Lashes & Brows taking photos and videos for marketing and educational purposes only. If you do not wish to have your photos or videos taken, you have the right to let your technician know at the time of your appointment. 
*Marketing includes but not limited to: KR STUDIOS and KR Lashes & Brows Social media platforms and websites

When providing us your contact information you’re automatically agreeing to receiving marketing material from us from time to time. All marketing material will have an actionable ‘opt out’ or ‘unsubscribe’ should you not wish to continue receiving marketing.

PAYMENTS:
–  A non-refundable 50% Booking fee is required for ALL Services upon booking. An appointment is not secured and will remain open until the booking fee has been paid

– The remaining 50% must be paid at the time of your appointment via CASH, EFTPOS or DIRECT DEBIT only.

MINIMUM AGE:
KR Lashes & Brows does not service individuals under 18 years old without parental/guardian consent. By booking an appointment with KR Lashes & Brows you confirm you are over 18 years old. 

OTHER:

• Please ensure you arrive to your appointment with clean lashes/brows and makeup free . Every client recieves a lash bath at the start of their appointment, however, Arriving with excessively unclean lashes will result in a $20 Cleaning fee as they will require further cleaning 

• In the unlikely event you’re unhappy with the final result – Please contact Kate, the owner of KR Lashes & Brows Via Instagram (@KRlashesandbrows) or contact@krlashesandbrows.com.au within 48 hours of your appointment. Provided all aftercare instructions have been followed, you will be welcomed back for a Free rectification by the technician who serviced you within 72 working hours.

• No refunds are offered. Credits may be offered. In this case where the credit is applied to your account it is not transferrable to any other individual. Credits are only valid for Services, Not trainings or retail stock. 

EYELASH EXTENSION CONSENT:

If you book an eyelash extensions appointment with KR Lashes & Brows, you understand and agree to the following:

• The eyelash extensions will be applied to your natural eyelashes as determined by the technician in order to maintain my natural eyelashes health

• Eye irritation, itching, pain/discomfort, and in the rare case infection can be resulted from this treatment. If this arises, you will notify KR Lashes & Brows and consult a GP at your own expense.

• You will lay in a reclined position, and keep your eyes closed for the duration of the treatment. If there is any medical or injury based reasons you cannot lay still for a prolonged period of time, you will not go ahead with the procedure today or in the future.

• KR Lashes & Brows technicians have the right to deny any services to a client.

EYEBROW TREATMENT CONSENT:

If you book an eyebrow appointment with KR Lashes & Brows, you understand and agree to the following:

• You will lay in a reclined position, and keep my eyes closed for the duration of the treatment. If there is any medical or injury based reasons you cannot lay still for a prolonged period of time, you will not go ahead with the procedure today or in the future.

• You are aware that such treatments can leave undesirable results including but not limited to redness, ingrown hairs & allergic reactions. If this arises, you will notify KR Lashes & Brows and consult a GP at my own expense.

• If you am currently prescribed skin thinning medications such as, but not limited to roaccutane my eyebrows will be plucked not waxed within the appointment to avoid damage and discomfort. 

• KR Lashes & Brows has the right to deny any services to a client.

By booking an appointment with KR Lashes & Brows you agree that it is your responsibility to update any and all consultation information as required. By booking online you understand and agree to the consent, terms and conditions for all future appointments. 

By purchasing an In-Person course online VIA www.krlashesandbrows.com.au or our email contact@krlashesandbrows.com.au you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. 

Booking Fees & Payments:

• A non-refundable $250 Booking fee is required upon booking the following training with KR Lashes & Brows

• The training days are not secured until the Booking Fee has been paid.

• Final payments must be paid 48 hours prior to Day 1 of training.

• Payment methods accepted are Cash, Mastercard & Visa.

Cancellations / Reschedules:

• Should you need to reschedule your Training (Either Day 1 or Day 2, Day 3 or Day 4) you must provide 7 Days’ notice to allow the trainer enough time to fulfil the spot. Failure to provide 7 Days’ notice means you have not rescheduled your training but rather cancelled.

• Each Booking fee can be rescheduled one (1) time only.

• If you require to cancel your training days, 7 days’ notice must be given, otherwise, an additional $250 fee will be charged to cover all administration & preparation undertaken.

Kits & Training Manuals:

• KR Lashes & Brows training manual is updated regularly to ensure the latest and most up-to-date information. The training manual & Kit provided to you at the time of your training will be the most up-to-date manual KR Lashes & Brows has produced.

• You do not have the right to reproduce, copy, distribute or share the KR Lashes & Brows Training manuals. They are for training purposes between yourself & KR Lashes & Brows only.

• You acknowledge and accept that this is not an internationally accredited course. You have read and understood the statement stated here: “Within Australia, there are currently no certification requirements or government regulations within Eyelash & Eyebrow services, to hold a qualification to perform Eyelash extensions & Eyebrow treatments on clients. The only qualification that can be obtained Via TAFE Australia.”

• Unsatisfied & Refunds:

  • If, in the unlikely chance you are unhappy with the training provided, please contact Kate at contact@krlashesandbrows.com.au outlining your concerns. In good faith, you will work with KR Lashes & Brows to find a suitable rectification process before taking further action.

• Once a student enrols into an online training course, training materials are automatically sent immediately to the email address provided. Therefore No Refunds are offered for Online training once you have purchased/ enrolled
