Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • Course kits are drop-shipped directly from our supplier.

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of confirmed payment.

  • If you are purchasing a course kit via a payment plan, kits will not be dispatched until the final payment has been received.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method.

  • Standard shipping is included or clearly stated at the time of purchase (if applicable).

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

    • Within Australia: 3–10 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

  • These are estimated delivery times and may be affected by courier delays, customs, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Address

  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • KR Beauty Academy is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the unlikely event your kit is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@krlashesandbrows.com.au as soon as possible.

  • We will work with the supplier and courier to resolve the issue; however, replacements may be subject to availability.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Please note that all course kit sales are final. Due to the nature of drop-shipping and hygiene requirements, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on kits.

7. International Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

  • KR Beauty Academy is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs.
