These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products, online courses, memberships, mentorship programs, and educational services provided by KR Beauty Academy, including but not limited to:

• Online Courses
• Beauty Business Breakthrough Inner Circle
• Beauty Business Breakthrough Private Mentorship
• Digital resources and templates
• Coaching calls and masterclasses

By purchasing or enrolling in any program, course, membership, or mentorship offered by KR Beauty Academy, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Digital Products & Program Access

All programs provided by KR Beauty Academy are digital educational products delivered online through a learning platform.

Upon successful purchase, participants will receive access to the relevant course materials, resources, and program features included in their selected program.

Access levels vary depending on the product purchased.

Some courses or materials may be released progressively (drip-fed) to support learning and implementation.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet access and compatible devices to access the materials.

2. Beauty Business Breakthrough Programs

KR Beauty Academy offers the following Beauty Business Breakthrough programs.

Beauty Business Breakthrough Inner Circle

Inner Circle is a membership-based program including access to:

• The BBB course
• Group coaching calls
• Masterclasses
• Resource vault
• Community forum
• Call recordings

Membership is $99 per month and requires a minimum 12-month commitment.

Members agree to complete all 12 monthly payments, regardless of participation, attendance, or usage of the program.

Failure to attend calls or engage with the program does not cancel payment obligations.

At the end of the 12-month commitment period, members may choose to renew their membership for another 12 months.

Members who renew will retain their current membership price.

If membership access lapses and the participant later chooses to rejoin, they will enrol at the current advertised price.

Beauty Business Breakthrough Private Mentorship

Private Mentorship is an 8-week mentorship program including:

• Custom growth plan
• Four 1-1 mentorship calls
• Plug-and-play social media strategy
• Access to the BBB course
• Access to the Inner Circle community during the mentorship period
• Three months of Inner Circle access following the mentorship program

Private Mentorship participants receive lifetime access to the BBB course content, including updates.

However, community access, coaching calls, and Inner Circle benefits are not included for lifetime unless the participant maintains an active Inner Circle membership.

3. Payment Options

Some programs may offer the option to pay via:

• Pay In Full
• Payment plans

By selecting a payment plan, participants agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments does not cancel the remaining financial obligation.

Participants are responsible for ensuring their payment details remain up to date.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• Program access may be temporarily suspended immediately
• The system will automatically attempt payment again within 24 hours

If the payment is successfully processed, access will be restored.

If payment remains unresolved, access may remain suspended until payment has been successfully processed.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the programs and immediate access to materials, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

• Online courses
• Membership programs
• Mentorship programs
• Payment plans
• Digital resources

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of participation
• Failure to attend coaching calls
• Scheduling conflicts
• Failure to complete the course
• Lack of results

Participants are provided with tools, education, and support, however success depends on individual effort, consistency, and implementation.

6. Coaching Calls

Some programs include live coaching calls, masterclasses, or mentorship sessions.

Where applicable, these calls may also be recorded and uploaded for participants who are unable to attend live.

For Private Mentorship participants, 1-1 calls must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Missed calls or late cancellations may not always be able to be rescheduled.

 

Coaching Call Packages (Post-Program Add-Ons)

From time to time, we may offer additional coaching packages exclusively to past or current clients of our programs.

These packages are provided as short-term, supplementary support and do not extend, replicate, or replace any existing program structure, access, or inclusions.

Unless otherwise stated, the following terms apply:

• Coaching call packages include a fixed number of sessions, which must be used within the specified timeframe from the date of first payment.

• All timeframes are strictly enforced. Unused sessions after the expiry period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

• Clients are responsible for booking their sessions within the allocated timeframe. Availability is not guaranteed without advance scheduling.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any session. Late cancellations, missed sessions, or failure to attend will result in the session being forfeited.

• Coaching sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend the session duration.

• Payment plans, where offered, are binding. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments regardless of usage or attendance.

• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or cancellation of remaining sessions without refund.

• Coaching packages include only the sessions outlined and do not include ongoing support, messaging access, or additional services unless explicitly stated.

• All purchases are non-refundable.

By purchasing any coaching call package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in addition to any offer-specific terms provided at checkout.

 

7. Additional Mentorship Support

Private Mentorship participants may request additional mentorship support after completing their program.

Additional support may include:

• Additional 1-1 calls
• Extended mentorship guidance

Additional support will be arranged separately, and pricing will be agreed upon depending on the level of support required.

All existing Terms & Conditions remain in place for any extended mentorship arrangements.

8. Results Disclaimer

Individual results are not guaranteed.

KR Beauty Academy provides education, tools, and strategies based on real experience, however outcomes depend on each participant’s:

• Implementation
• Effort
• Consistency
• Business circumstances

Participants are responsible for the results of their own business.

9. No Financial or Business Guarantees

The programs offered by KR Beauty Academy provide education and mentorship only.

Nothing within the programs should be interpreted as financial, legal, or professional advice.

Participation in the program does not guarantee financial results, increased revenue, or business success.

10. Community Code of Conduct

Participants engaging in any community space must behave respectfully.

The following behaviour is not permitted:

• Promoting or selling products or services
• Spamming or unsolicited messaging
• Harassment or bullying
• Disruptive behaviour

KR Beauty Academy reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or community space if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

Removal due to misconduct does not entitle the participant to a refund.

11. Community Advice Disclaimer

Participants may share opinions and experiences within community discussions.

Advice shared by other members reflects their personal experience and opinions, and does not constitute official advice from KR Beauty Academy.

Participants remain responsible for their own business decisions.

12. Confidentiality

Participants may share business strategies or personal experiences within the program.

Members agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

Information shared within the program must not be disclosed or distributed outside the program.

13. Testimonials & Shared Wins

Participants may voluntarily share feedback, testimonials, or business wins.

KR Beauty Academy may use these testimonials or shared results for educational or promotional purposes, including screenshots of feedback.

Personal or sensitive information will not be shared publicly without permission.

14. Intellectual Property

All program materials are the intellectual property of KR Beauty Academy.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Course videos
• Training materials
• Workbooks
• Templates
• Resources
• Call recordings

Participants may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any materials without written permission.

Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.

15. Account Sharing

Program access is intended for the registered participant only.

Login details must not be shared with other individuals.

If account sharing or unauthorised access is detected, access may be suspended or permanently revoked without refund.

16. Non-Disparagement

Participants agree not to make false or defamatory statements about KR Beauty Academy, its programs, or community members.

Constructive feedback is welcome through private support channels.

17. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting support to attempt resolution.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of access and recovery action for outstanding balances.

18. Program Changes

KR Beauty Academy reserves the right to update or modify program content, materials, call schedules, or resourcesat any time to improve the program experience.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or enrolling in any KR Beauty Academy program, course, membership, or mentorship, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
